Join a Nature and Forest Bathing experience and experience the benefits it can offer. Treat yourself, or arrange Corporate or Non-Profit group team building. Health and Wellness organizations looking for an addition to their programs may offer Nature and Forest Therapy for their guests.
I offer 1.5 hour guided Virtual Forest Bathing, and 2.5 hour in-person experiences, suitable for ages 16 and up.
The online, virtual, experiences require a phone or computer that can connect to Zoom. You will spend 1.5 hours in your home, on your balcony, in a park, garden or trail.
The in-person experiences are held on a trail within Southern Vancouver Island, over 1.5 km and up to 2.5 hours.
We will meet in a park or at a trailhead and cover no more than 1 kilometres
during this 2.5 hour experience

Wherever you are in the World, you may participate, indoors or out!
Find a place in nature near where you live, or if you can’t be in nature, anywhere in your home or balcony. Or, if you can be near a window that's great too.
A place that feels good to you and where you can be for 1.5 hours.
