Spending time in nature seems to significantly improve mood in countless studies replicated in a variety of cultures. Many studies have compared the psychological effects of urban walking vs. nature walking and have found that nature walks tend to correlate with greater mood improvements.

Join a Forest Bathing experience and experience the benefits Nature can offer. Treat yourself, or arrange Corporate or Non-Profit group team building. Health and Wellness organizations looking for an addition to their programs may offer Nature and Forest Therapy for their guests.
I offer 1.5 hour guided Virtual Forest Bathing, and 2.5 hour in-person experiences, suitable for ages 16 and up.
The online, virtual, experiences require a phone or computer that can connect to Zoom. You will spend 1.5 hours in your home, on your balcony, in a park, garden or trail.
The in-person experiences are held on a trail within the Greater Vancouver area, over 2.5 hours.
For in-person and virtual experiences, up to 12 people can book, with a minimum of 4 people.
We will meet at a trailhead in the Greater Vancouver area and cover no more than 1.5 kilometres during the 2.5 hour experience. You will need to have your own vehicle to get you to the destination.
