How do I Join in?
I offer guided Virtual Forest Bathing, and in-person experiences, suitable for ages 16 and up.
The online, virtual, experiences require a phone or computer that can connect to Zoom. You will spend 1-1.5 hours in your home, on your balcony, in a park, garden or trail.
The in-person experiences are held on a trail within Southern Vancouver Island, over 1.5 km and up to 2.5 hours.
